Six administration services for businesses running Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or both.
We run your Microsoft 365 tenant end to end — users, mailboxes, files, policy, and licensing.
Full Google Workspace administration: Gmail, Drive, Meet, organizational units, and Vault retention.
Mailbox provisioning, mail flow, delivery authentication, and spam and phishing controls.
Accounts, MFA, and conditional access, with joiner, mover, and leaver handled the same way every time.
We right-size seats and SKUs so you stop paying monthly for licenses nobody signs into.
Workspace to Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 to Workspace, and tenant-to-tenant moves after a merger.
Most tenants are set up once and then left to drift. Nothing breaks loudly, so nobody looks — until an ex-employee still has a mailbox or the renewal invoice arrives.
Managed Microsoft 365 services are priced per user, not per tenant. Suite administration is included in the per-user managed IT fee — $125–$195 per user per month, licensing billed separately — at every plan tier. On an annual agreement the same tiers run $115–$185 per user per month.
The fee covers the work: accounts, mailboxes, files, collaboration apps, licensing, tenant security, and support. It does not cover the suite licenses themselves — those stay on your bill from Microsoft or Google, and we will tell you when you are buying more of them than you need.
| Item | Who bills it |
|---|---|
| Suite administration (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) | QOS — included in your plan at $125–$195 per user per month |
| Microsoft 365 licenses | Microsoft — billed separately, never included in the QOS fee |
| Google Workspace licenses | Google — billed separately, never included in the QOS fee |
| Each additional computer beyond the user’s primary machine | QOS — $35 per computer per month |
Suite administration is included at all three tiers, so the tier you choose changes the wider IT coverage, not whether your tenant is managed. Tier mechanics, inclusions, and the five-user minimum are on our managed IT pricing page.
When this is not worth buying from us: under five users we are not the right fit — five users is our minimum, and below that a tenant is usually simple enough for an owner to run with a written checklist.
Managed Microsoft 365 services are the ongoing administration of a business's Microsoft 365 tenant by an outside provider — user identity, mailboxes, files, collaboration apps, licensing, and tenant security posture, run as a subscription rather than a project. The same four responsibilities describe Google Workspace administration, which is why we run both against one standard.
Day-to-day user tickets — password resets, mailbox access, a phone that will not sync — are handled by our help desk as part of IT support services, while tenant security baselines are set and audited with our security administration team. Suite administration is one workload inside QOS cloud services.
We have been running business email and files for nearly two decades, and managed Microsoft 365 services and Google Workspace administration sit with the same team rather than two vendors who each blame the other.
Tenant work sits alongside the rest of your environment under our system administration service, so servers, endpoints, and the suite share one owner.
Microsoft 365 is the larger half of this service for most customers. We administer the tenant features you are already licensed for, configured deliberately rather than left at their defaults.
Entra ID here means the user directory; when Entra becomes the resource access plane — RBAC on subscriptions, service principals, managed identities — that work lives on our Azure managed cloud page.
Google Workspace gets the same treatment as Microsoft 365, not a footnote. If Workspace is where your business lives, we administer it as your primary suite.
Workspace administration is the suite layer only — Google Cloud compute, storage, and networking are a different workload and live on our Google managed cloud page.
We move tenants in three directions, and we have done all three: Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, and tenant-to-tenant after a merger, divestiture, or rebrand.
Every move starts with measurement, not a date: total mailbox size, total file storage, the largest single mailbox, where user accounts live today, who controls DNS, and how long both tenants must deliver mail side by side. Copy speed sets the calendar. We migrate mail, calendars, contacts, files, and sharing permissions, run a coexistence window so nothing goes dark mid-cutover, and keep the source tenant intact until the new one is verified.
The honest trade-off: tenant-to-tenant migration after an acquisition is the hardest of the three — two identity providers, two license estates, and often two mail domains — and it is not a weekend job. We scope those in waves by department rather than promising a single big-bang cutover.

Most tenants are paying for licenses nobody uses, still have accounts belonging to people who left, and have at least one admin signing in without MFA. This is the audit we run before taking over a tenant — a license-waste audit, an identity-lifecycle audit, and a security-posture audit, with the questions to ask and the numbers to write down. Run part one in about twenty minutes and it gives you a dollar figure.
$125–$195 per user per month on month-to-month terms, or $115–$185 per user per month on an annual agreement, depending on plan tier. That price is management only — Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licenses are billed separately by the vendor and are never included. Additional computers beyond a user's primary machine are $35 per computer per month, and there is a five-user minimum.
Managed Microsoft 365 services include four things: identity and user lifecycle (accounts, MFA, conditional access, joiner-mover-leaver), mailboxes, files, and collaboration apps (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), license and cost governance (seat right-sizing, SKUs, renewals), and tenant security posture (admin access control, security baselines, audit logging and alerting). QOS administers all four as a monthly service, not a project.
Yes. QOS administers Google Workspace tenants — Gmail and mail routing, Drive and shared drives, Meet and Chat, the admin console, organizational units, and Vault retention — at the same tiers and the same per-user rate as Microsoft 365. Customers running both suites get one admin team for both, not two vendors.
No. The $125–$195 per user per month covers administration only; your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses are billed separately by Microsoft or Google. We do review your license estate as part of the service and right-size it — unused seats, licenses still assigned to former employees, and add-ons you already own inside a bundle are the three we find most often.
Yes. QOS runs Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations, Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations, and tenant-to-tenant migrations after a merger, divestiture, or rebrand. We migrate mail, calendars, contacts, files, and sharing permissions, run a coexistence window so mail keeps flowing during cutover, and keep the source tenant intact until the destination is verified.
Yes — QOS licenses, deploys, and governs Copilot and Power Platform inside your tenant: who gets a license, what data those tools may reach, and the policies that keep them inside your security baseline. Building the automations, apps, and AI agents themselves is the work of QOS Agentic, a sister company in the QOS family of companies.
