Where QOS MSP delivers managed IT in Indiana

We've got you covered all over the Indianapolis area.

QOS MSP provides managed IT services across ten central Indiana counties — Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Johnson, Hancock, Morgan, Shelby, Madison, and Delaware — covering the full Indianapolis metro, from downtown Indianapolis to Carmel, Fishers, Anderson, Muncie, Greenwood, and Greenfield. Outside those counties? Remote-first support reaches farther — ask.

Most of what we do reaches you remotely, so day-to-day support does not depend on where your office sits. When a problem needs hands on hardware, a technician is dispatched to your site anywhere across the metro. The map above shows the ten counties; the section below covers how service works inside them and at the edges.

Coverage Check

Not sure if we cover you?

Tell us your city or county and we'll confirm coverage the same business day, no obligation.
On the edge of the map? We'll tell you exactly what service there looks like.

How coverage works

Coverage has two layers. Remote-first support reaches everywhere — monitoring, help desk, patching, security, and most fixes happen without anyone leaving our side, so your location rarely matters. When a job needs someone physically on-site, an on-site technician is dispatched across the ten counties as the work requires.

“Outside the map” is not “no.” For a business past the ten-county line, remote-first coverage still applies in full, and on-site visits are handled case-by-case — tell us where you are and we will tell you exactly what service there looks like. Our managed IT services and pricing are the same wherever remote support reaches; only on-site logistics change at the edges.

FAQ

Service Area Questions

  • Do you support businesses outside these 10 counties?

Yes. Remote-first support — monitoring, help desk, patching, and security — reaches businesses anywhere, so most day-to-day IT does not depend on your location. On-site visits outside the ten counties are handled case-by-case; tell us where you are and we'll confirm what's available.

  • Do you charge travel or trip fees?

No. There is no travel or trip fee anywhere in the ten counties — on-site visits are included in your managed IT plan. Note that plan covers our labor and management; hardware and third-party software licensing are billed separately.

  • How fast can a technician reach the outer counties on-site?

On-site technicians are dispatched as needed, and most issues resolve remotely first, so on-site timing is case-by-case rather than a fixed window. For the outer counties — Morgan, Shelby, and Delaware — remote-first support is the default, with an on-site visit scheduled when a problem genuinely needs hands on hardware.

  • Can you cover a business with sites in multiple counties?

Yes. A business with locations across several of the ten counties runs on one managed IT plan and one team — not a separate arrangement per site. Remote support covers every location, and on-site technicians are dispatched to whichever site needs them.

  • Can you support remote employees who live outside your service area?

Yes. Remote-first coverage isn't bound by the map — a remote employee gets the same help desk, monitoring, and security wherever they work. Our user fee follows the person, not the address, so distributed teams are covered without a location surcharge.
